Shamanic Wisdom for the New Year

​With each New Year, we are offered a fresh start to realize our dreams, goals and visions.  2019 is themed with much goodness!  It is a time where our Pure Divine (the purity of our spirit) will show itself more clearly than in the past and if we can harness the Grounded Clarity this year offers energetically, we will be in an even wiser position to see our true Soul Purpose. 

Our Shaman, Cristina Maria RojasFernandez, has a few tips for welcoming this energy:
​3 simple Shamanic/Earth Spirit Wisdom practices to support this in 2019: 

• Connect daily with your spirit guides/power animals
• Before starting your day, enjoy a silent moment in natural light (via a window) or meditate with the break of day/sunrise. Remember, nature is a powerful ally
• End your day with soft drumming or rattling - cleansing your field of any and all energies that visited or stayed around – finish with a soft smudging of your auric field/ My favorite smudges are Sage, Yierba Santa or Copal.
