We’re delighted to welcome board-certified acupuncturist Natalie Rosborough to the Hudson Healing Arts family.
Natalie brings a safe, nurturing approach to her work, creating a supportive space for your body to communicate its needs and return to a state of balance. With compassion and a holistic lens, she meets each person exactly where they are, supporting the journey toward greater balance, vitality, and ease. Natalie’s healing philosophy With a lifelong curiosity about wellness, Natalie first discovered Eastern Asian Medicine while studying nutrition and plant energetics with Dr. Marco Chung-Shu Lam in Boulder. During the pandemic, she felt a deeper pull to pursue acupuncture and went on to earn both her Master’s and Doctorate in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science. Natalie is trained in the Kiiko Matsumoto style of acupuncture and has completed additional training in women’s reproductive health, mental health, and substance use disorders. While she welcomes patients with a broad range of conditions, her clinical focus includes emotional wellbeing, women’s health, chronic illness, and digestive concerns. “It’s an honor for me to help create space for people to connect with their bodies and activate their natural healing processes,” she says. “Acupuncture offers a rare opportunity to pause - to drop in and rest from the constant input of daily life. It helps regulate the body, calm the nervous system, and create a space where your body can be held and begin to heal.” For Natalie, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is helping patients with chronic conditions find relief from daily pain and discomfort. “Even if it’s not curing the condition completely, bringing someone from a nine to a four and helping them feel better is incredibly meaningful,” she says. “And while many people come in for physical concerns, it’s just as rewarding to see how acupuncture can help improve sleep, emotional balance, and overall well-being. What is a session with Natalie like? Natalie offers complimentary 20-30 minute discovery calls for anyone interested in learning about how acupuncture can support their wellbeing. First-time sessions are typically 90 minutes to two hours, allowing time for a comprehensive review of your healthy history, body systems, and current concerns. Follow-up treatments are shorter and focus on supporting ongoing progress and holistic balance. Natalie encourages patients to approach acupuncture as a practice, much like yoga or meditation: The more consistently you give your body space to heal, the more deeply the benefits can ripple across all areas of your life. She also emphasizes that acupuncture isn’t just for pain - it’s a tool for stress relief, better sleep, preventative care, and overall wellness. Outside of her passion for holistic healing, Natalie enjoys yoga, walking her beloved dog, and cooking and baking at home in downtown Jersey City. Interested in booking a session?
