Welcome Spring!

 New Beginnings
The signs of spring are everywhere: new buds and leaves are beginning to appear on trees, flowers are starting to bloom, even the light has a different quality to it. Two years after the onset of the pandemic, we're gradually easing our way towards 'normal', although normal will have a new quality to it as we adjust to the changes we've been through. Consider this season as a time for renewing yourself as well.

Spring, in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the season of the liver and the emotion of anger. It's another example of the fiery energy beneath the surface that is fueling this time of change. If this sounds familiar and you're having difficulty managing feelings of anger, be sure to read our monthly blog article "Ways to Let Go & Release Anger". You'll find it here.

If you're finding it a challenge to adapt, we're here to help. Our practitioners offer a wide range of services to support you in body, mind, and spirit. For a complete list of what we offer, check out "Services" page on the menu bar or click here.

Consider a Reiki session if you're feeling depleted after the winter months and adapting to so many changes. Reiki is wonderfully restorative and a great opportunity to simply rest and receive. And speaking of Reiki...

We Welcome Our Newest Practitioners!
We're delighted to welcome two new Reiki practitioners to the Hudson Healing Arts family: Shirley Wang and Melissa Rosa. Shirley offers both Reiki sessions and the unique experience of sound healing. Each session can be a stand-alone or consider combining the two for a deeply restorative treatment. For more information about Shirley and her work, click here.

Melissa is a Reiki Master who loves what she does - and it shows! She's also a pre-K teacher, so through the rest of the school year, she'll be offering sessions on Sundays. Stay tuned for next month's blog article, when we feature Melissa and her work.

Our Safety Standards
At Hudson Healing Arts we recognize that self care and wellness practices are more important than ever. We want to reassure you that all of our practitioners are available to help you, whether in-person or remotely, in a way that's structured to fit into your life.

We take the safety and comfort of our clients seriously, so please be aware that masks are still required when you come for your session. We take steps to disinfect surfaces between clients, use air purifiers, and open windows whenever possible to insure a flow of fresh air.

Please let us know if you have any concerns and if there is anything we can do to make your session an even more pleasant experience!
